We are excited to provide you with our first newsletter style update on the latest developments and achievements at RevHERO. This blog will be updated monthly going forward. Over the past year, we have made significant progress towards transforming the sales prospecting and process into one that utilizes Software as a Service for full automation.

Today, we want to highlight some key milestones, introduce our exceptional leadership team, discuss our target market, address both the highlights and lowlights we have encountered along the way, and share some important Asks.

Who We Are

RevHERO empowers organizations to exceed their sales goals. We do this by eliminating monotonous and time-consuming tasks. This allows sales professionals to spend the majority of their time pitching and closing deals.


Zachary Senz Kamler

Zachary Senz Kamler

Zach is a dynamic entrepreneur with a knack for transforming ideas into successful ventures. He currently serves as the CEO of RevHERO, where he’s innovating the sales landscape by automating up to 70% of tasks, enabling sales professionals to focus on closing deals and enhancing sales performance.
Zach’s experience as COO at RevStar Consulting was instrumental in driving strategic overhauls that catapulted the startup into industry prominence. As the founder of Creative813, he built a data-driven web design and marketing agency that prioritizes client resources to deliver impactful results. Having established a self-sustaining team, he has since stepped back from the CEO role at Creative813 to focus on his work at RevHERO.
Zach’s entrepreneurial journey has taught him that the market is the ultimate judge of an idea’s worth, a philosophy he applies in his business endeavors. His dedication to efficient processes, data-driven decision-making, and prudent resource management contributes to his ongoing success.
Chris Donovan

Christopher Donovan
Chief Revenue Officer

As the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at RevHERO, and a business development executive in the tech industry, Donovan brings extensive sales and business development expertise to the table. He has strong performance metrics and a proven high level of skill in interpersonal communications. His ability to forge strong partnerships and navigate complex market landscapes has played a pivotal role in accelerating our growth.
He’s a proud graduate of the University of South Florida, holding a degree in Health Sciences with a concentration in Biology.
Donovan is a US Army Veteran of eight years, having taken part in Operation Inherent Resolve, numerous natural disaster relief missions, and most recently aided in running one of the largest COVID-19 vaccination sites in Tampa Florida.


In the past year, we have achieved significant milestones that have propelled us forward. Here are some noteworthy highlights:
  • 2022 Beta Testing: We started our journey by launching the beta testing phase, allowing us to gather valuable feedback from early adopters. This crucial step helped us refine our product and prepare for a successful market entry.
  • 2023 Version 1 Launch: Building upon the feedback received during the beta testing phase, we officially launched Version 1 of our product earlier this year. This marked a major milestone as we took our product to market, catering to the needs of both B2B and B2C clients.
  • 2023 Version 2 Launch: We are thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Version 2 at the end of June 2023. This release will introduce advanced analytics and tracking capabilities, empowering our clients with comprehensive insights and data-driven decision-making tools.
  • Advisors: We are proud to have a talented group of advisors supporting our growth. Stavros, our esteemed mentor, brings a wealth of general business expertise, while Brian and Ken serve as invaluable mentors in sales and technology, respectively. Their guidance and insights have been instrumental in shaping our strategies and driving our success.
  • Success Story: We are excited to share the success story of Britney Smith from iHeart Media. After implementing RevHero, our solution enabled Britney to achieve exceptional results, generating $30,000 in the first week of using our platform.
Furthermore, we have implemented an effective EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) framework used for managing businesses. It includes clearly defined goal setting for different time frames, and a defined management system for easy tracking and goal alignment. We are using it as our guide during our weekly leadership meetings.
At RevHero, we cater to a diverse target market.
Our solution is tailored to meet the needs of B2B, B2C, executive, and white-collar staffing agencies. We provide them with a platform to A/B test their campaigns and access a Customer Success Expert.
Inside the software are programmed Red Flag triggers that alert the Customer Success Expert if the client campaigns are not meeting expectations. The Customer Success Expert then proactively contacts the client to offer recommendations for optimizing the campaigns.
By combining our in-house proprietary tracking system and deep industry knowledge, we’re well-positioned to capture significant market share in this space.


While our journey has been marked by remarkable achievements, we have also encountered a few challenges along the way. Transparency is crucial, so we want to address these lowlights:
  • Original Launch Delay:Our initial launch, scheduled for June 1, faced an unexpected delay. Unfortunately, one of our lead developers encountered an unfortunate incident at a personal gathering, resulting in injuries. We take this incident seriously and prioritize the well-being of our team members. As a result, we rescheduled the launch to the end of June to ensure the developer’s recovery and maintain the quality of our product.
  • Adjusting Service Offerings: Initially, we offered copywriting as a one-time service. However, we realized that it wasn’t effectively meeting the diverse needs of our clients. To provide more value, we decided to introduce A/B testing and implemented a three-month commitment, ensuring our clients can benefit from comprehensive and data-driven marketing strategies.
